St. Louis nursing home abuse and neglect lawyer David Terry of the Terry Law Firm files a wrongful death lawsuit against NHC Healthcare – St. Charles after a resident is severely burned while smoking unsupervised. On May 13, 2017 a resident with a history of having burn marks on her clothes from unsupervised smoking, was left alone to smoke without any protective clothing.
