Settlement Involving Woman Raped at Public Hospital

G.W.’s husband was being admitted to a hospital in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. While he was being attended to, G.W. sat in the waiting room with family members. After a period of time, she went for a walk in the hospital to calm her nerves.
